If you have received a damaged or defective item, please Email Us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will rectify this right away!
Items may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receiving your items. Items must be in their original condition; i.e., unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks and makeup stains, free of animal hair, perfume and deodorants or other scents, with tags still attached (if applicable).
Your package must be post-marked and sent back to us within 14 days from the original delivery confirmation date.
Please submit a return request to us at email@example.com to get approval. Once you've received your approval, please mail your item back as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any shipping costs unless the item was received damaged do to a manufacturing error. We suggest you purchase delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for any items that may be lost in transit.
Once we receive your item(s), they will be inspected and processed within 1-2 business days.
Items received after 14 days will receive store credit.
We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

SHIPPING: We offer flat rate shipping of $5.95 to the U.S. and free shipping on orders over $75. We also offer shipping to Canada based on weight with Free Shipping over 4lbs.
